Qualifications

- Familiarity with NSPIRE standards is preferred.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall is needed.
- Appliance repair skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of basic residential repairs is expected.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
- Must be available for emergency on-call.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the property systems and respond to service requests.
- Perform apartment turns and routine maintenance tasks.
- Handle emergency calls and prioritize repairs to minimize disruption.
- Document work performed and report any major issues.
- Coordinate with property management to schedule preventive maintenance.
