Qualifications

• EPA certification required or preferred; maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC knowledge and basic trade skills are desirable.
• Must be able to be on-call for maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Performs make‑ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Inspects and repairs systems and equipment while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintains grounds and common areas as needed.
• Documents work performed and communicates with management.
