Qualifications

- Experience in residential property maintenance is beneficial.
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Support daily maintenance operations of the apartment community.
- Perform basic repairs on HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Inspect buildings and common areas to assess cleanliness and safety.
