Zinger Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Indianapolis, IN apartment community. The role offers on-site work, on-call emergencies, and opportunities for paid certifications as you grow your technical skills.

We value self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a customer-service mindset. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry is helpful, and a team-oriented, problem-solving approach is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Grounds pickup and maintenance of curb appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office.
• Perform apartment trash outs.
• Assist with completion of work orders.
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for on-call.

Skill set should include general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
