Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to the General Manager.
• Monitor and maintain inventory daily; submit requests as needed.
• Take initiative to act with minimal supervision.
• Respond to emergencies; coordinate with responders for safety.
• Complete regular community inspections and prepare status reports.
• Perform minor and major repairs of common areas and equipment; document via work order system.
