Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking individuals to help maintain and upgrade our community, ensuring apartments are ready for move-ins and common areas are well kept. You will complete work orders, organize supplies, and perform routine and special maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.

A positive, independent work style and clear communication are valued. No formal experience is required; basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required, though basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication to everyone you encounter.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
