Job summary

LindenGrove Communities LLC in Waukesha is seeking a Facility Services Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, buildings, and furnishings, and respond to on-call emergencies as needed.

Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional weekends and a rotating on-call schedule. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and good communication with residents and staff. Pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform repairs/maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents and staff.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with acceptable coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, buildings and furnishings.
• Handle on-call duties as assigned and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with on-call week rotations and weekend projects as needed.
• Maintain safety and keep good communication with residents and staff.
