Job summary

LindenGrove Waukesha is seeking a Facility Services Technician to join our maintenance team. The role involves repairs and routine maintenance on equipment, buildings and furnishings to keep our community safe and comfortable.

Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional weekends and on-call coverage every three weeks. Pay is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. A high school degree, 2-3 years in related work, and a valid drivers license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, buildings and furnishings.
• Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and masonry tasks.
• Install, repair and replace appliances and fixtures.
• Respond to on-call duties, emergencies and after-hours maintenance needs.
• Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
