Job summary

Helen-Farabee-Centers seeks a full-time Facilities Technician to perform skilled maintenance and repair work on facilities and vehicles in Wichita Falls, TX. You will operate across plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance, under the Property Manager's supervision.

Requirements include a High School/GED and 5 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and passing all required trainings.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED and must have 5 years’ experience in building/vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• Must have current driver’s license and be insurable under Center insurance.
• Must pass all Center-mandated trainings.

Responsibilities

• Works under the general supervision of the Property Manager.
• Responsible for skilled maintenance and repair work in plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance, and other duties assigned.
• Travel is required; a center vehicle is provided.
• Some on-call after hours required.
