Job summary
American Repair Maintenance is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our service delivery team. You will perform commercial maintenance across plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring, masonry, EIFS, welding, and structural repairs in client sites nationwide.
Responsibilities include completing service tickets, communicating with field staff and office personnel, and adhering to safety policies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring, EIFS).
- General contractor license or electrical license and trade certifications preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and operate industry software and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide service in a designated territory with timely, high-quality work.
- Maintain clear communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, and office staff.
- Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week to client sites.
- Meet a flexible schedule including on-call, overnight, and weekend assignments.
- Lift up to 80 lbs and handle physical tasks as needed.
