Job summary

Haley Residential in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep properties running smoothly. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, address resident work orders, and support the maintenance team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, brings your own hand tools, and holds a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. HVAC certification or EPA license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Own personal hand tools and smartphone for work orders.
• Valid state driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-scheduled maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Make-ready repairs to prepare units for market readiness.
• Assist in grounds and interior maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety and property policies.
