Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to deliver timely building maintenance across multiple sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related systems, and support client needs on a rotating schedule.

You will travel between properties, document work via tablets, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high service quality. A valid license and 2–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; trade or maintenance certification preferred.
• 2–5 years mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; applicable certifications/licenses.
• Ability to read/write routine reports and follow safety policies.
• Proficient with MS Office, Lotus Notes, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Travel between properties in a company vehicle.
• Create service reports and document work using tablets.
• Communicate with customers and internal support teams.
• Obtain materials and supplies to complete tasks.
