Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus vocational or technical training in building trades.
• At least one year of experience in building construction, maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors in performing maintenance or repair duties.
• Communicate, report and complete work orders using a Smartphone or tablet and associated applications.
• Purchase construction and maintenance items and deliver related financial paperwork to administration.
• Read blueprints or design drawings to determine work, perform carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing tasks, and masonry work.
