Job summary

The Westover Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our West Chester, PA community. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, diagnose HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues, and support leasing and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Safe use of standard hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Experience with routine and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to work on ladders and roofs.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Team-oriented and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Share on-call responsibilities.
• Maintain current preventative maintenance logs.
• Communicate with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Attend in-house training.
• Provide own basic hand tools.
