The Westover Companies is hiring a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in West Chester, PA. You will perform routine maintenance, handle service requests, and support on-call rotations to ensure residents receive quality service.

You should be able to diagnose HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues, use basic hand tools, and maintain safety and cleanliness across units and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks for units and common areas.
• Handle service requests and turnovers efficiently.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Work with leasing and maintenance staff professionally.
• Join on-call rotations as required.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing problems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Attend in-house trainings and maintain logs.
• Monitor inventory and keep a stocked shop.
