The Westover Companies in Media, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities, handle routine requests and preventative maintenance, and contribute to superior resident service. The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical and plumbing, plus the ability to work safely with basic hand tools, ladders and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures.
