Amazon seeks a Multi-Site WHS Lead in Texas to champion safety across our network and implement the Global WHS Program. You will protect associates, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Operations to balance safety with productivity.

The role involves risk assessments, data analytics, and leading safety initiatives with strong interpersonal influence. Travel 50–70% and varied shifts are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years increasing responsibilities in WHS/environmental programs.
• 3+ years in people/performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation across sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety data analysis to drive improvements.
• Perform site audits and manage first aid/ emergency response programs.
• Partner with Operations leadership to balance safety and productivity.
