Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our safety program, protect employees, and drive operational safety excellence across sites. This role blends hands-on safety leadership with strategic thinking and requires collaboration with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site WHS program implementation and act as safety champion.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical safety solutions.
• Drive safety compliance, conduct site audits, and monitor incident trends for improvements.
• Manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities at the site.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
