Job summary

HF Sinclair's Casper Wyoming Refinery and the Cheyenne Renewable Diesel Unit (RDU) are seeking a Site Warehouse Supervisor to supervise the warehouse and inventory management functions and personnel at two locations (Casper & Cheyenne, WY).

You will oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure goods are available when and where needed, in the required quantity, quality, and price, while implementing best practices and controls across procurement, cycle counts and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of on-the-job warehouse experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and SAP preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; capable of basic math.
• Experience with transportation management and inventory control.
• Experience with procurement and RFQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and inventory management at Casper & Cheyenne locations, ensuring safety and policy adherence.
• Identify and implement inventory and warehousing best practices.
• Coordinate inventory, parts supply, and replenishment activities.
• Manage procurement-related tasks including RFQs and supplier negotiations.
• Train warehouse staff on safety, equipment handling, and inventory systems.
• Supervise up to five employees (staff and contractors).
• Maintain accurate records, cycle counts, and reports.
• Support budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
