Job summary

HF Sinclair’s Casper Wyoming Refinery and the Cheyenne Renewable Diesel Unit (RDU) facility are seeking a Site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse and inventory management and personnel. You will ensure shipping, receiving, storage and distribution align with company policies and ensure goods are available when and where needed.

You will supervise two locations (Casper and Cheyenne WY), drive best practices, manage procurement, and coordinate material flow while meeting safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of on-the-job experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of material handling equipment, transportation management and inventory control required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse and inventory management at two locations (Casper & Cheyenne WY).
• Identifies and implements inventory management and warehousing best practices.
• Oversees and coordinates inventory of materials to maintain required supply; evaluates inventory levels and auto-reorder procedures.
• Coordinates warehouse activities including kitting, staging and material management; facilitates purchase and procurement activities.
• Travel up to 50% between two locations; supports system enhancements and warehousing information systems.
