Pilot Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse to provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple warehouse facilities, driving efficient fulfillment and delivery for internal and external customers. You will oversee inventory management, transportation, and system implementations while guiding a team across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and developing leaders.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, transportation, and logistics.
• Experience implementing and optimizing WMS, ERP, and TMS platforms.
• Proven financial acumen and budget/expense management.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of multiple warehouse facilities, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Develop and implement warehouse layouts, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Direct WMS, ERP, and TMS implementations and optimization efforts.
• Manage inventory, materials, equipment purchases, and maintenance contracts.
• Oversee freight procurement and negotiations across sites for cost-effective transport.
• Develop, coach, and lead managers and supervisors to build capability.
• Manage warehouse operating expenses, including labor and SG&A costs.
• Establish and execute operational strategies across locations.
