Rarebreed Veterinary Partners seeks a Multi‑Site Practice Manager to lead two hospitals in Vienna and Leesburg, Virginia. The role splits time 50/50 between locations, delivering consistent leadership, operational oversight, and hands‑on support to each site.

The position requires veterinary industry experience, 2–5 years of management responsibility, and a strong understanding of hospital operations, payroll, scheduling, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Veterinary industry experience required.
• Two to five years of management experience running a business unit, department, or hospital operation.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day veterinary hospital operations.
• Experience overseeing payroll, scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements, budgeting, expenses, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Divide time approximately 50/50 between Vienna and Leesburg locations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for staff questions and operational concerns.
• Ensure positive, efficient operational flow at both hospitals.
• Partner with leadership to align priorities and improve processes.
• Identify challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain understanding of daily hospital activity, staffing, and patient flow.
• Ensure compassionate patient care and excellent client experience.
