Rarebreed Veterinary Partners seeks a compassionate, experienced Multi-Site Practice Manager to lead operations in Vienna and Leesburg, VA. The role balances site leadership with hands-on support to ensure efficient hospital operations and outstanding patient care.

The ideal candidate has veterinary management experience, payroll and budgeting knowledge, and a collaborative leadership style. A 50/50 split between two hospitals is expected, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Veterinary industry experience is required.
• Two to five years of management experience with responsibility for running a business unit, department, or hospital operation.
• Experience overseeing payroll, scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements, budgeting, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ability and willingness to divide time approximately 50/50 between the Vienna and Leesburg locations.
• Credentialed veterinary technician status is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site leadership and hospital operations across Vienna and Leesburg.
• Oversee payroll processes, timekeeping, scheduling controls, and labor management for both locations.
• Review monthly financial reports and key performance indicators; support budgeting and purchasing.
• Develop staff through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Ensure compassionate patient care and an exceptional client experience at both sites.
