Choice Veterinary Specialists & Northside Emergency Pet Clinic in Westminster, CO seeks a Multi Site Hospital Manager to lead two hospitals under one roof, spanning 24/7 emergency and specialty care. You will build and coach an effective hospital support team, partner with the DVM, and drive operations to maximize quality care and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of direct office management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, health science, or related field.
• Ability to provide customer service in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff across hospital support departments and achieves labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and technical staff; handles onboarding paperwork.
• Orients new staff to the hospital operations and duties.
• Reviews performance, provides feedback, and addresses personnel issues.
• Manages schedules for technical and administrative staff and coordinates with the DVM.
• Monitors budgets, purchases equipment, and oversees facility maintenance.
