Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health seeks a Facilities & IT Manager to oversee multi-site operations in Nashville and Clarksville, TN. The role covers facilities maintenance, equipment readiness, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, and basic technology support within a 24/7 veterinary hospital network.

The position requires an associate degree or equivalent and 4+ years of facilities/maintenance experience, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work across sites.

Qualifications

• Progressive facilities, maintenance, operations experience, preferably in healthcare or 24/7 operations.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with common tools and building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals; project coordination skills.
• Ability to document preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site facilities operations across Nashville and Clarksville hospitals; preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate facility services, work orders, and vendor coordination with hospital leadership.
• Maintain medical equipment readiness and environmental controls; monitor oxygen/nitrogen supplies.
• Support safety and life-safety readiness including inspections and drills.
• Provide basic IT support and coordinate access control updates for new employees.
• Escalate complex IT/security issues to authorized resources and document records.
• Oversee vendors, projects, and operating expenses; track costs and risks.
