Job summary
Alliance Animal Health is hiring a Systems Administrator to support 250+ veterinary hospitals nationwide. The role emphasizes hands-on IT support, end-user services, and Microsoft 365 management, spanning Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
You will work with MSPs, hospital teams, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure technology. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and superb customer service, with travel as needed and the flexibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for hospitals and corporate teams.
- Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, and services.
- Support endpoints across Windows and macOS environments.
- Coordinate with MSPs and vendors on infrastructure issues.
- Participate in deployments and technology projects.
