Ahlstrom is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain for the Medical BU across Windsor Locks, Mundra and Pont-Audemer, ensuring reliable, responsive and cost-effective supply in support of BU growth and customer commitments.

You will own the S&OP process, translate commercial priorities into an integrated BU plan, collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Logistics, and drive improvements in OTIF and inventory while balancing service and cost.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant experience in supply chain leadership within an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably multi-site or international responsibility.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand and supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, customer service and performance management.

Aufgaben

• Own the Medical BU end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across Windsor Locks, Mundra and Pont-Audemer.
• Lead the BU S&OP process, integrating forecasts, orders, launches, capacity and logistics into a single plan.
• Partner with Commercial to translate market needs into feasible supply scenarios and commitments.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers to align production priorities and capacity across sites.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure proactive communication and timely escalation of risks.
• Work with Logistics on warehousing, transport and intercompany flows.
• Optimize inventory across all stages to balance service, working capital and spoilage risk.
• Lead BU-level allocation decisions when demand or capacity constrain supply.
• Identify supply risks and implement contingency and recovery plans.
• Define and monitor BU performance metrics (OTIF, lead time, inventory) and drive improvements.
