Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Significant experience in supply chain leadership in industrial manufacturing, multi-site or international scope.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand and supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics and performance management.
• Ability to translate commercial requirements into executable supply plans with trade-offs across service, capacity and cost.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across sites.
• Fluency in English; travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for the Medical BU across Windsor Locks, Mundra and Pont-Audemer.
• Lead the BU S&OP process, integrating forecasts, orders, launches, capacity, materials, inventory and logistics into one plan.
• Partner with Commercial to improve forecast quality and translate market requirements into feasible supply scenarios.
• Coordinate with Plant Managers to align production priorities and capacity across three sites.
• Ensure proactive customer communication and timely escalation of service risks.
