Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is a fast-moving civil construction leader delivering large, time-sensitive projects across multiple sites. The Superintendent will manage field operations, lead foremen and crews, and ensure work adheres to plans, schedules, budget, and safety standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain documentation while driving productivity and accountability on active job sites throughout our Georgia operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site development or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Proven leadership of field crews and coordination of subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material scheduling.
• Review drawings and ensure work aligns with plans, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor safety compliance and lead regular safety meetings.
• Communicate progress and issues with project managers.
