Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician to maintain and repair our Tempe & Phoenix communities, ensuring make-ready units meet Mark-Taylor standards and residents receive five-star service.

The role involves troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues, and completing maintenance requests efficiently, while upholding safety and building standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician is highly desirable.
• General knowledge in troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair for remodeling projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance requests efficiently while delivering excellent resident service.
• Knowledge of building systems and service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and a basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units for the community.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor air conditioning/heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical problems, plumbing problems, minor carpentry, and drywall repairs.
• Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
