Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Multi-Site Service Technician to maintain apartment communities and provide five-star service. The role covers make-ready tasks, building systems, and on-call support at The M at Shadow Mountain and The Charleston.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience, working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related trades, and a strong service mindset with basic English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to work with building systems and safety procedures.
• Strong service orientation with basic English communication.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall.
• Perform maintenance on vacant units and daily pool care.
• Perform roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and coordinate with the Manager.
• Share on-call duties and respond in uniform.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
