Qualifications

• General knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, and OSHA-related standards.
• Experience as apartment maintenance/repair technician desirable.
• Excellent customer service and timely communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Diagnose and repair minor AC/Heating, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
