Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Service Technician at CityScape Residences in Phoenix, AZ. You will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and supporting the upkeep of the community, while providing five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor homes.

The role involves completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and performing preventive maintenance on vacant units.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances and OSHA-related standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service orientation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
