Mark-Taylor is hiring a Service Technician for Solace at Casa Grande Crossings in Casa Grande, AZ. You will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

The role requires experience in apartment maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, plus strong customer service and time management.

Qualifications

• Experience as apartment maintenance/turn technician or work order technician preferred.
• Troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain supplies.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vacant units.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
