Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Service Technician at Ten01 to help keep our apartment communities running smoothly. You will perform maintenance repairs and upkeep, delivering five-star service that makes our communities feel like home.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and pool maintenance; completing make-ready units; and on-call support. A strong safety and teamwork mindset is expected.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape, appliances, and OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Basic English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supplies.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and inform Manager of Facilities and Service.
• Share on-call duty with the Manager of Facilities and Service and be available in uniform.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
