Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Multi-Site Service Technician for POD 5 communities in Chandler & Tempe, AZ. The role supports maintaining apartment communities, performing repairs, and ensuring on-site safety and readiness of units.

The position offers on-site work, on-call rotation with a $3.00/hour incentive, and additional pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications. Housing discounts and benefits are provided to eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, appliances and OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of building systems and service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Carry out minor roof repairs, re-key locks and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duty and respond in uniform when needed.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
