Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician to keep our apartment communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and upkeep. The role covers make-ready work, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and providing five-star resident service.

Preferred candidates have 1+ year in multi-family maintenance, basic computer skills, and a positive attitude. On-call rotations and certifications such as EPA/CPO/OSHA may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Experience with pool maintenance and carpentry.
• Familiar with OSHA standards.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Available for on-call rotations when needed.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the completion of make-ready homes to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall.
• Maintain daily pool care, ensuring proper chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect the community for safety hazards and report to the Manager of Facilities and Service.
• Assist with inventory management for parts and cleaning supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and service partners.
• Participate in on-call rotations with the service team.
