Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee guarding operations across multiple sites from Reno, NV. You will supervise Field Supervisors and security personnel, conduct inspections, coach staff, and support branch operations with administrative tasks.

The role requires 3–5 years of security or management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background investigation).
• 3–5 years of security or management experience involving scheduling, payroll, and team oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and security staff across multiple sites.
• Ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, employee payroll, and staffing adjustments.
• Assist the Security Account Manager and Site Leadership with scheduling, quality assurance, client engagement, and other duties as needed.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and discipline of staff.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor costs.
