Securitas US Business Unit is hiring a Multi-Site Security Officer for Salt Lake City, UT. This part-time role offers a competitive wage and a range of benefits.

You will monitor premises, control access, patrol various sites, and enforce regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients and visitors. The position requires a HS diploma or GED, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Multi-Site Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Wage:$20.50/HR

TheMulti-Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid UT State Driver's License required.
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 shifts Day / Swing, Swing / Grave, or Day / Grave.
• Open availability preferred.
