Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Multi-Site Security Officer on a part-time schedule to monitor several client sites in the Salt Lake City area, managing access, patrolling, and incident reporting. The role emphasizes customer service, de-escalation, and adherence to site post orders while maintaining safety across locations.

Candidates should be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or GED, have strong computer skills, and be able to work 2 of 3 shifts (Day/Swing, Swing/Grave, or Day/Grave).

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must stay calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Valid UT State Driver's License.
• Able to work 2 of 3 shifts (Day/Swing, Swing/Grave, Day/Grave).
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature as required for assigned site.
