Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple school-based sites across New York. You will visit each site, support teachers, and build strong relationships with school staff to ensure HKP remains a trusted partner in every building.

The role requires organized, dependable leadership with a focus on staffing, enrollment, and licensing compliance. Travel between program sites is regular, and pay is $20.00 per hour for part-time, non-exempt work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years experience with children under 13, including 1 year supervisory.
• Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of supervisory experience with children under 13.
• NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience; School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit to maintain a pipeline of site-level candidates.
• Interview, hire, and onboard teachers and Site Directors across locations.
• Build schedules; ensure sites are staffed and covered daily.
• Visit sites to observe program quality and coaching.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and staff certifications.
