Jobot is seeking a Safety & Health Coordinator to support multi-site terminal operations in Nebraska and Colorado. You will coordinate safety programs, lead investigations, and drive continuous improvements to reduce risks across facilities.

The role requires 2–3 years of safety experience in industrial settings, strong knowledge of OSHA requirements, and hands-on training delivery skills. Domestic travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with related education and limited field experience may be considered.
• 2–3 years of safety and health experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing, or industrial environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate safety and health programs across Nebraska and Colorado terminals.
• Assess safety systems and lead practical improvements.
• Build safety culture through coaching, communication and accountability.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain regulatory records and support OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Deliver training on HAZCOM, LOTO, confined-space, forklift safety.
• Coordinate injury and incident reporting to management and authorities.
• Collaborate with HR on workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work.
• Maintain emergency and crisis plans and coordinate drills.
• Travel up to 50% to support terminal locations.
