Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Safety & Health Coordinator for multi-site industrial safety operations, primarily in Nebraska and Colorado. The role focuses on implementing safety programs, leading incident investigations, and building a stronger safety culture across terminal locations.

Travel up to 50% is required, with on-site work in Scottsbluff, NE. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Safety or related field and 2–3 years of safety experience in manufacturing or agriculture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of safety and health experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing or other industrial settings.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety and health programs across terminal facilities in Nebraska and Colorado.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain regulatory records and support OSHA/EPA/state compliance.
• Develop and deliver training on HAZCOM, LOTO, confined-space, forklift safety.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and HR on safety initiatives.
• Travel up to 50% to support terminal locations.
