Job summary

Chimes seeks a Community Living Division Manager to lead residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services and regulatory compliance. You will supervise Residential Managers, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive QA initiatives while maintaining fiscal discipline and strong stakeholder relations.

The role emphasizes advocacy, admissions processes, ISPs, and staff training, with on-call responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance support to Residential Managers.
• Collaborate with the Director of Community Living to assess supervisory effectiveness and staff development.
• Conduct regular supervisory meetings with Residential Managers to review service delivery, staffing, quality outcomes, and case management.
• Promote person-centered practices, servant leadership, and organizational values as a transformational leader.
• Oversee daily operations of residential programs ensuring compliance with policies, licensing, accreditation standards, and regulations.
• Review timekeeping, staffing reports, overtime, budgets, and other operational documents.
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans from QA reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Conduct site visits and environmental assessments to ensure safe, healthy living environments.
• Monitor budgets and resource utilization to maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Establish accountability systems for petty cash, resident funds, vehicle usage, and other resources.
• Conduct QA reviews and provide recommendations to improve performance and outcomes.
• Monitor incident reports and ensure appropriate follow-up and reporting.
• Coordinate ISPs, admissions, transfers, discharges, assessments, and intake processes.
• Advocate for individuals served and coordinate access to community resources and services.
• Provide behavioral consultation and support behavior plans implementation.
• Ensure service plans are updated to changing needs and goals.
• Ensure medical and health objectives are completed per service plans.
• Ensure staff receive required training and competency-based instruction.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retention for Residential Managers and staff.
• Support staff in conflict resolution and performance improvement in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners.
• Attend meetings and act as liaison among families, service providers, and organizations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide hands-on support outside regular hours.
• Perform additional duties and special projects to support agency goals.
