Job summary

Chimes seeks a qualified residential program supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure regulatory compliance across Newark, DE homes. You will coordinate IPs, liaise with care teams, and maintain CPS documentation, serving as the primary contact for individuals served.

Responsibilities include budgeting, on-call duties, staff supervision, and participation in hiring and admissions processes. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in similar roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years managing multiple residential sites.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes, ensuring compliance with Agency and regulatory standards through regular scheduled/unscheduled site visits and audits
• Coordinate and develop Individual Plans (IPs), serving as the main point of contact for individuals served and their care teams
• Maintain accurate records in the Client Profile System (CPS) and ensure timely documentation
• Review timesheets, monitor budgets, and manage Individual Maintenance Allowances
• Ensure health and safety compliance, including timely incident reporting and emergency response
• Supervise House Managers and indirectly oversee direct support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Participate in hiring, admissions/transfers, and staff meetings
• Ensure fundamental rights compliance (HRASC) and support corrective action plans as needed
• Assume on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned
