Job summary

Property Management, Inc. in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams and implement preventive programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

You will manage work orders, coordinate vendors, ensure OSHA safety, assist with budgets, and respond to after-hours emergencies while maintaining a positive community environment. The role is full-time, with hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, and offers employee ownership, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team: lead, train, and schedule staff.
• Develop preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Manage work orders and timelines for resident requests.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and safe working environment.
• Assist in maintenance budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain inventory and track usage of tools and supplies.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and documentation.
