Job summary

Property Management, Inc. in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role travels to multiple apartment communities, handles work orders and turnovers, and may perform light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience and certification preferred but not required.
• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties
• Rotating On-Call in the Williamsport Area.
• May be eligible for an on call & Snow bonus!
