Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-Site Resident Services Coordinator to oversee two or more properties and enhance resident experience. You will coordinate events, communications, and daily operations, acting as the resident’s primary contact with the site team.

The role requires customer-service focus, strong organization, and the ability to work with leasing, management, and vendors to maintain a welcoming, well-run community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software experience preferred.
• Creative mindset to design and implement engaging community events and experiences.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interactions.
• Occasional evenings or weekends required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resident support, addressing concerns professionally and urgently.
• Greet residents, prospects, and guests; assist or provide tours as needed.
• Coordinate and support move-in/out processes, scheduling elevator times and guest suite reservations.
• Manage and log package deliveries with timely resident notifications.
• Monitor amenity spaces; keep them clean, stocked, and tour-ready.
• Plan and promote resident events and community initiatives in common areas.
• Develop monthly resident communications and post on resident portal.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors for resources and opportunities.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts, assist with tours and materials.
