Job summary

Harbor Group is seeking a Multi-Site Resident Services Coordinator to support two or more properties in the Norfolk area. You will serve as the primary resident contact, coordinate move-ins/outs, manage amenities, and execute resident events to foster a welcoming, well-organized community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, with experience in leasing or property operations a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service; property management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred.
• Creative mindset to design engaging community events.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident and vendor interaction.
• Occasional evenings or weekends for resident events.
• Valid driver’s license for operating golf carts, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resident support and issues.
• Greet residents, prospects, and guests and provide tours as needed.
• Coordinate move-in/out processes, including scheduling elevator/load-in times.
• Manage package deliveries and resident notifications.
• Maintain amenity spaces, keeping them tour-ready.
• Plan and promote resident events and programs.
• Develop monthly resident communications and manage portal postings.
• Build relationships with local vendors and service providers.
• Respond to community email and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support leasing/marketing efforts with tours and materials.
• Assist with event budgets and expense tracking.
• Maintain resident call lists and distribute notices.
• Liaise between residents and Property Manager.
