Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Property Manager to lead a community with a focus on outstanding resident experiences, financial performance, and team development.

You will drive marketing, sales and operations to achieve occupancy targets while delivering top-tier customer service and financial reporting. Strong leadership, communications and GAAP knowledge are essential, along with experience using YARDI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of property management, hospitality or retail experience.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Excellent client and customer relationship history.
• Experience with revenue, budgeting and P&L management.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Strong financial skills and knowledge of GAAP basics.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of the property.
• Produce timely financial and operational reports for clients.

• Aim for top-tier guest satisfaction and community reviews.
• Be available for weekend work on a monthly rotation.
